I had the privilege of staying with Clythia in her home as a contestant in the 2003 Glenn Miller Competition. I will always remember her generosity, warmth and care for me as a young aspiring artist. Although the time I spent was short and we stayed in touch for some time after, she reminded me of my grandmother and I will always remember her.

I am very saddened by the loss of Clythia. I enjoyed knowing her through the International Club and Red Hats. We organized some outings together. She was a special lady who will be missed by all who knew and loved her. You were blessed to have had her in your lives. You brought her great joy. We were so sorry to hear about Clythia's passing. We haven't connected a lot over the past several years, but I do remember her as a very caring kind person. Clythia was a beautiful woman inside and out. She was part of our "family" and one of my parent's best friends. She was always around when we were growing up and through the years. She was the best baker! There was always a smile on her face and we will miss her. At least she will get to see Mom and Dad in heaven now for coffee and a roll.
