Obituary of Lee Alan Hendrickson

Lee Alan Hendrickson was born July 13, 1971, in Clarinda, Iowa to Ronald Lee Hendrickson and Lola Mae (Smith) Hendrickson. He graduated from Clarinda High School, Class of 1991.

Lee worked at the Caprese Theater in Clarinda until it closed and then worked at Hardees for a short time until he went to work as a Security Guard for Guards Mark at AKS in Clarinda. Lee enjoyed collecting baseball cards and had many. He studied Martial Arts and liked to practice on family and friends. He was a big Pittsburgh Steelers fan, and you can bet anytime they played, he would be cheering them on. Anyone who knew Lee, knew he was a quiet and private man. Lee was also a very loyal friend, brother, and uncle. He was always nice and polite to everybody he would meet.

Preceding Lee in death were his parents, Ron and Lola Hendrickson; his grandparents Raymond and Dorothy Hendrickson, and Lyle and Luella Smith; uncles Wade Smith and Byron Erickson; cousins Kim Erickson Leftwich and Richie Smith.

Left to cherish his memory are his brother, David Hendrickson of Clarinda, Iowa, sister Lisa Allumbaugh and husband Greg of Shenandoah, Iowa, nephews Gabe, Lane, and Jacob Allumbaugh of Shenandoah, Iowa, uncles and aunts Carl and Rosie Smith of Springfield, Missouri, Ida Smith of Hamlin, Iowa, Neil and Trish Smith of Blaine, Minnesota, Terri Smith of Atlantic Iowa, Charles and Sharon Hendrickson of Essex, Iowa, Karen Erickson of Shenandoah, Iowa, Jim and Sharon Hendrickson of Shenandoah, Iowa, Mary and Dan Whitehill of Farragut, Iowa, Connie and Tim Sollars of Coin, Iowa, Arlene and Lanny Woods of Bixby, Oklahoma, DeLayne Hendrickson of Shenandoah, Iowa, and many cousins, and friends.
