I am deeply saddened to hear of Bill's untimely death. I enjoyed working with him for many years with the Adams County Soil & Water Conservation District board of commissioners. He was very intelligent and always looked at issues from various viewpoints and was a great leader as chair of the board for many years. He was very proud of his family, wife, children, grandchildren, and brothers. But what I will miss the most is Bill's good nature, smile , and chuckle. My sympathy to Diane and all of his family and friends, like me.
